Casa Care Costa Blanca began with a dream. In 2025, we - Wendy and Alex - moved to Xàbia together with our daughter Sabijn. Away from the Netherlands, in search of sun, space and a life that truly suits us. What began as our own adventure on the Costa Blanca grew into a business that lets us offer others the same carefree experience.

“If you can dream it, you can do it”

Our dream

We didn't just want to enjoy life here ourselves; we also wanted owners and guests to benefit from everything this beautiful region has to offer. That is how Casa Care came about: a business that manages and rents holiday homes with personal attention and a warm heart.

What we do

We rent out and manage holiday homes on the Costa Blanca, and provide keyholding and property management for owners who want their property in trusted hands. Because we live here ourselves, we know every property and every neighbourhood from the inside. We welcome guests as visitors we genuinely want to give an unforgettable time; owners we relieve of every worry, with short lines of contact and clear agreements.

Our promise

Personal, committed and always within reach. At Casa Care you are never just a number. We are Dutch-speaking, locally rooted and treat your property and your holiday with the same care as our own. That is the promise of Casa Care - and you can hold us to it.

Let's meet

Would you like to meet us or find out more about what we can do for you? We'd be glad to make time for you.
