The villa
The light Ibiza style, with white tones, natural materials and plenty of space, gives you an instant holiday feeling. Outside, the private pool with sun loungers awaits, so you never have to look for a spot. The spacious terrace is made for long lunches and dinners under the stars. In the fully equipped kitchen, cooking for ten is just as easy as cooking for two.
With five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, everyone has their own space and privacy. No morning rush for the bathroom, just everyone starting the day at their own pace. Ideal for families or groups of friends who want to holiday together, with room for moments apart.

The area
Balcón al Mar lies on the quiet side of Jávea, towards Cabo de la Nao. This is the green, rugged part of the coast with the most beautiful coves on the Costa Blanca.

Good to know
Villa Querida is located in a quiet residential area. That is why quiet hours apply between 22:00 and 08:00, parties are not permitted and smoking indoors is not permitted. This keeps it a pleasant place for everyone. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. The main booker must be at least 28 years old and stay in the villa themselves. Before arrival, we ask for ID from all guests, as required by Spanish law.
