The space

From the dining room and bedrooms you look straight out at the impressive Montgó massif, a view that's different every morning.
Casa Oliva is located in a quiet residential area in Monte Pedreguer, with plenty of privacy. Jávea and Dénia are 20 minutes away, while Alicante and Valencia Airport are each just over an hour's drive.
The private pool sits on the 800 m² grounds, surrounded by several terraces, sun loungers and a gas barbecue. Ideal for long, lazy days in the Spanish sun.
The upstairs unit has a spectacular dining room with five arched windows and panoramic views, a sleek induction kitchen, two bedrooms and direct access to the pool terrace.
The downstairs unit has its own character: cheerfully decorated, with its own living room, a gas-hob kitchen, one bedroom and its own bathroom. Perfect if you're travelling with a larger group but still want some privacy.
Air conditioning throughout the house and fibre-optic wifi provide comfort all year round. In the private gym you'll find a rowing machine, cross trainer and multi-gym.
Parking is on the street, right in front of the door.
