You wake up in the quiet of the hill. You drink your coffee on the terrace while the sun is already shining over the garden, and all day long no neighbour looks in. Welcome to Can Miró.
The villa
Can Miró is a bright, atmospheric Spanish-style villa, fully renovated in 2025. The house has 211 m² of living space and no fewer than six terraces all around, two of them covered. So you choose your own spot at any time of day: morning sun at breakfast, shade around midday and a glass of wine as evening falls. The garden faces south, so you enjoy sunshine from morning to evening. Inside, the air conditioning keeps things wonderfully cool, even on the hottest summer days.
Garden and pool
The soul of the house is the well-kept Mediterranean garden of over 2,000 m², with palm trees, olive trees and cypresses. In the middle lies the private pool of 4.70 x 10.60 metres, sloping from 1.10 to 2.00 metres deep. It is big enough to swim lengths, and you have it all to yourself. After a swim you rinse off under the outdoor shower and stretch out on one of the sun loungers. In the evening, the outdoor kitchen with barbecue is ready for a long summer night under the stars.

Can Miró is quietly located on top of La Lluca, right between Jávea and Moraira. This makes it easy to explore both towns.

- Arenal beach, Jávea: approx. 15 minutes
- Moraira: approx. 15 minutes
- Alicante airport: approx. 1 hour and 15 minutes
Good to know
Can Miró is only available in July and August, with a minimum stay of 7 nights. You can park at the villa. The villa is in a quiet residential area. That is why we ask you to respect the quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00, and parties and events are not possible. This way it stays a pleasant place for everyone. Smoking and pets are not allowed, and the main booker must be at least 28 years old.
